  Best travel agency ever known to me. The owner Maher is very pleasant, patient and way to work with. I can say that about all the employees there as well. You feel always welcome and at ease with all the staff.

  Horrible experience both times I went! First time they booked me and my kids double bookings and that caused me to almost miss my flight and when I called them to tell them they need to sort it out the worker tells me of you got a good price for you infant????? What does the price of my infants ticket have to do with your mistake??? Second time I missed my flight because I wasn't able to board. My sons passport had a month until it expires and I specifically asked the lady when booking if that would be a problem and she said it would not , I get to the airport and they wouldn't let me go through and she had the courtesy to say "oh I never said that I don't remember "! Bottom line is I am never ever dealing with them.
