  • This facility has gone above and beyond in taking care of and nurturing my daughter, who started attending when she was only 3 months old, and when I was a scared new mommy. They have constantly gone above and beyond in their abilities and genuine concern, not only for my child, but every child. From their clean facility, to their honest and transparent actions of daily work, this Kindercare center, it's director, Miss Molly, and all of the teachers, really make this a safe, fun, and educational environment for all children. They even went above and beyond to contact us regularly when my daughter was in critical care recently, even when our only chance to talk ended up being on the weekend. They have been exceedingly flexible, which is especially helpful because my husband's schedule changes weekly. I could keep going about all the extra little things that each one of the center's teachers do regularly, and without even thinking, because of how much they love the children they teach and the work they do, but honestly, I recommend you just come see for yourself. **Of note, I see another review citing "uncooked food" and hand foot mouth disease. I feel as though there are some things that should be cleared up. First, they only serve already prepared food (meaning there is no actual cooking that goes on in the facility, nor is it required with the types of foods they serve). Further, there is no way that you can trace food poisoning to a specific location without a series of testing at both the facility itself, and the ill individual. Even then, there is no guarantee something can be traced, especially if no other children exhibited any of the same symptoms. Secondly, hand foot and mouth disease is something that comes with the territory of having little ones in day care, pre-school, or even early elementary. Think about the chicken pox. They're kind of a part of life for almost all children, no? On top of that, children with hand foot and mouth disease are often contagious for 3-4 days before they show any signs or symptoms of being sick at all, meaning the teachers AND the parents, are completely unaware of the issue before it's too late, so of course they told this parent after the fact. If the teachers at Kindercare could tell you things before they happened, they would be in a different line of work and probably very wealthy. In any event, the fact is sickness happens, especially with a bunch of children together, whether it be at day care, school, a playground, a birthday party, ANYWHERE. The difference here is that Kindercare has an extremely detailed cleaning process after they find out a child has been sick with ANYTHING, which includes closing off rooms during decontamination and even bringing in professional carpet cleaners to ensure that the contagions are gone. Don't be swayed by the uneducated parents who merely make claims out of anger, rather than out of facts and knowledge.
